The Candymakers

In this book four children (Daisy, Miles, Phillip, and Logan) were chosen to compete in the national candy making competition. They all come to the Life Is Sweet factory to create their own, new candy. They learn about different cooking techniques and ingredients to make candy. As they start to create their own candy they realize that the competitors they are competing with aren't just normal kids. They each have a secret that nobody knows. On the second night of the candy making they all find themselves trying to get the secret ingredient, which makes their chocolate better than other's. They find out the only way to make you candy good is if you put your love into it.they also find out that Phillips dad is going to try to shut down the factory. All the children agree to stop Phillips dad at the competition. They all go to the competition to present their newly made candies and the talk Phillip's dad out of shutting the factory down. In the end they all become good friends.
