The Conflict in this story would be Man Vs Man,Self,Nature and Internal/External all at the same time because Sherlock and Watson are against the dog, against the people that try to follow them etc. They are also against themselves in a internal conflict because they struggle to find out who is the person following them and what does he have to do with the hound and they keep rethinking who they think that person is.

Hound of Baskerville Setting and conflicts.
The Setting of this novel is in Most of the scenes in the novel took place in Devonshire, at the Baskerville Hall, The Moorlands, and the Stapletons house.The surrounding of the moor makes an atmosphere of gloom that went throughout the story. Besides being important for the mood, the moor also lends itself to the plot, where the gigantic hound was to be found and was where where Selden, and Sir Charles Baskerville met their deaths.
