Emotional Rollercoaster
I finally finished my book Emotional Roller Coaster by Claudia Hammond. It was really amazing and I found the chapter on guilt the most fascinating. Most of the emotions started to boar me as they dragged on, but throughout guilt i was captivated the entire time. It talked about how it was one of the more complicated emotions and my favorite part about it was blushing. It said how some people are more proned to blushing, while other can murder someone and stay as normal as normal can be. When you feel guilty you tend to blush often. It is considered as a sign of guilt, but in fact it all depends on the person. People blush because the capillaries in the cheek allow blood to flow through them. people who blush more often allow more blood to flow faster though the capillaries while people who blush less their cheeks allow less blood to flow through them. That is why blushing is not always the most reliable source for how guilty someone feel because someone who is proned to blushing may put some gum under the table and be completely red, while someone who almost never blushes could have just robbed a bank and if you asked someone who robbed the bank you may think it was te person blushing. It is simply a sign and people usually think that the more a person blushes the guiltier they are, however that is not always valid and true.
