The main character of this book is Percy Jackson and he is a very kind and caring person and is demi-god which is half god. He is athletic, burly, has short hair and is friends with Tyson who's truly large but soft. "I was his only friends which meant that he was my only friend". This meant that Percy helped Tyson a lot because Tyson had no one except Percy, this was on page number 9.
