The first conflict in the book is when Tally misses Peris, her best friend. Peris has all ready turned into a pretty and is ignoring her. If Tally hadn't missed Peris she would have never met Shay, which leads to lots of other conflicts. When Shay ran away, Tall had to deal with the special circumstances, and then to Dr.Cable too. Then Doctor Cable forced Tally to got to the Smoke like a spy. She had to set off a tracker device. She was forced to betray everyone. For sure, this was really hard for Tally. Once Tally got in love with David she decided to destroy the device, but that actually set it off. In just few hours the specials had attacked and captured all the smokies and burned up their smoke building. Everyone that spent so long away from the city had to turn into pretties. Of course, Tally and David were the only ones that escaped. I am not so sure what will happen next. Maybe Tally will be sad for betraying them and turn into pretties as well? I am really not sure and the book is for sure in it's climax. For now, I really love the book!
wow seems like a good book i like how you described how Tally missed Pierce and that he is a pretty now and she is still and ugly and then she met another person and then how it led to more conflicts.
