Summary: 

I red some more about Mehmed Ruzdi Pasha. He is formed vizier who was replaced. The people of Travnik were disappointed and not without reason. Mehmed Ruzdi Pasha was a man who enjoyed life, careless, and slovenly in his work. More intelligent people were uneasy about the vizier and they decided that this could not last long. So, they had two counts, first that this good man was leaving and second, he would be replaced by someone new and unknown. And the people talked to make elections about the man who was supposed to be coming. 

Foreigners were surprised at the number of questions about every new vizier as soon as they heard. Travnik people also used this moments to laugh of these people who wants to try to be viziers. They think that their behaviors are inappropriate and funny.

I want to understand some more about the elections and who is gonna be a vizier!!
