John was unconscious in the passage but when he finally woke up he was in a bed with no clue were he was. First he though all that was a dream and the next day he will go to school but he noticed that the locket of black beard was still there. He tried to stand up but all he did was hurt himself more and ended up in bed. Then somebody walked in the room and said to him to get some sleep and rest, your safe. John barely asked where is he and the person answered in the Why Not? After he got some rest the person i came in again and it was Elzevir. He told him about a man who was passing and heard the crying and shouting of a person. Since he also knew about the vault he guessed the person must be there so there they found him.He told him to keep it a secret and then he went back to his aunt. All she told him is how foolish he was.
