This week I am reading Artemis Fowl: The Eternity Code, by Eoin
Colfer. This book is the third in the Artemis Fowl series, preceded by The Artic
Incident and succeeded by The Opal Deception. My favorite part in this read is
when Artemis outwits Jon Spiro (one of the antagonists) and escapes with over a
billion dollars.
As for the word I do not know I chose “pneumatic”. The
sentence is “The doors opened with a pneumatic hiss.” (Colfer 52).
The definition for pneumatic is: Containing or operated by
air or gas under pressure.
