The Ender's Game #2

The Ender's Game
Orson Scott Card
291/324

Protagonist of The Ender's Game is, you guessed it; it's Ender. Ender Wiggin is a brilliant young boy who is special is many ways. First, he is a Third. Second, he wore his monitor longer than other kids. He always used to get teased by other kids by being a Third. The day he took his monitor off, he was bullied by Stilson's gang. Ender fought back, not only making them stop, but beating Stilson badly until he was motionless on the floor. This action got upper people's attention. Colonel Graff asked why he kept on kicking him after he already won. Ender answered that he won the ones in the future. That caused them to decide to bring Ender to the Battle School. By then, Ender was six years old.
Ender was isolated in the Battle School after he had broke another boy's arm in self defense. As soon as he started to make friends, he was transferred to Salamander Army where he met Bonzo Madrid, his soon to be one of the great enemies. Ender harassed Bonzo unintentionally by being better him at younger age and smaller size.
Ender was very outstanding in his skills of battling, analyzing, decision making, adapting to situations, and many more, that he became the commander of his own army: the Dragon Army at the age of nine. Dragon army won their every single battle even though they were all in very unfair conditions that were set up by adults on purpose. Bonzo has brought up his boys into the Shower room where Ender was naked. Bonzo wanted to a fair man to man fight with Ender. Even though Ender was forced to fight against Bonzo, he beat Bonzo down and left the shower. Later on, Ender finds out that he killed Bonzo there.
Ender Wiggin is a third and that doesn't happen in his community. Peter Wiggin is the oldest and Valentine is Ender's older sister. All three of them are intelligent, but Peter is always the scary one saying that he will kill both Ender and Valentine and always beats up Ender, while Valentine protects Ender from Peter. Always, Ender is afraid that he might be just like Peter: destructive. Every time he hurts a person he is scared and wants to be assured that he is not like Peter. Ender doesn't want to be like Peter, but he always find himself being like Peter and that always scares Ender.
In the Battle School, there is a simulation type of game where the character is exploring in the Giant's house. He has gone through the journey but is stuck on this stage where nobody was able to pass: Giant's drink. There are two drinks in front of him. One is poisonous and kills him in some way and the other lets the character pass. The drink and the way of being killed changes every single time, and Ender fails every single time. Then one day, instead of choosing a drink, Ender knocks over the drink and starts attacking the Giant. Ender has killed the Giant and was able to move on with the journey. The adult were very surprised because nobody passed on to the fairyland, not even themselves. Ender once again feels terrible, finding himself as Peter.
Once in a while, he goes on to the game and continues on the journey. He keeps on killing the Giant the same way and goes into the fairyland the same way. As he plays over and over again, he has come so far in the game, that nobody knows what is going on next. Ender finds a room with a mirror and in the mirror was the picture of Peter horrifying Ender and the adults.
As shown, Peter Wiggin is the powerful antagonist who is messing up with Ender's mind and mental strength.
