Title: The English Roses American Dreams

Over the break, I was looking at my book shelf and found a book I had never read.  It was from a series I had read in fifth grade.  Now, they are way too easy but it was fun to read it.  I found out how it all ended.   I saw how much faster I can read now.  Here is what happened.  A group of girls called the English Roses are five best friends.  They live in London.  This particular book was based on two of the Roses – Grace and Binah.   It was about to be summer vacation and everyone had plans but Binah. The girls felt bad for her and came up with a plan for Binah to travel too.  Using frequent flyer points, they were able to get a ticket for Binah to go with Grace to visit her very large family in Atlanta, Georgia.  Throughout the trip, Binah experiences a lot of new things. For example, the trip is her first time away from family, first time flying, new accents, new foods, and more.  She always tries to be polite but deep down Binah grows more and more homesick.  In the end, she overcomes it through the kindness of Grace’s family.  It’s ok to be away from home sometimes especially when you are with one of your best friends in the world.   In conclusion, Binah had a wonderful time but she was really happy to get back home to her family.
