The only thing Yann can think of, after the death of Topolitan, is a plan to escape from that place, they were in danger and they had to get out of there fast.
There is a problem thought, Têtu is divested because of Topolitan, and all his energy went out, how is Yann going to get out of there without Têtu help?
Yann doesn’t even have a plan to think of, the only person he knows there is Sido the Marquis daughter, but he knows a lot about this residence, it is full of secret halls and he studied all of them.
He finally gets to Sido’s room where she agreed to help them, Sido is sure that if the magicians are gone her father doesn’t have anything to worry about, and she will finally get to stay, they need to make Têtu rest for at least a while and Yann needs to find some money.
Yann gets into Count Kalliovski’s room and steels a necklace, a red necklace.
After Sido covered for them, they convince a servant in the Marquis house to bring them back to Paris, the only place they can go is to Monsier Aulard, the man who controls their show and was the boss of Topolian, when he hears the name of Count Kalliovski, fear rapidly fills his body.
Monsier Aulard know where to find Count Kalliovski, and needs to find him, he is given 1 day of time to say were Yann and Têtu are hiding, but even he doesn’t know.
Têtu’s energy is back, and he knows he needs to escape, but mostly to keep the boy safe, because of his gift to read minds, he needs also a favor from his old friend, Charles Cordell.
Charles decide to help him, into moving Yann to England temporary so that Têtu can study a plan to keep both of them safe.
