This week I decided to write about something different rather than a book. I have always loved reading German, this specific magazine, comes from Germany which is one of the reasons I picked it.Since I left Germany, I have been receiving this magazine every week to be informed on new facts. Just like other magazines, In talks about famous people, their life styles, it includes advertisements, the pros and cons of stars and lastly entertainment pages. Sometimes the new can be shocking, but other times it might even be fake or not 100% correct. Never trust magazines, for example if you ever have an interview with a star, they will tell you most of the articles that are written in magazines are false. One of these people for example would be Heidi Klum, so many rumors have been going around her since she first became a star and married Seal, but because she was strong and has a successful business, she doesn't have to worry about rumors. When the magazine designers are starting to create a magazine, there are many key points they have to think about. Well first of all they have to know what type of a magazine it is; fashion, politics or weather etc.? Once they figured that out, are there going to be many pictures in the magazine? What type of pictures, which sizes, do they fit the topic, what is going to be said about the article? But of course, when a magazine first starts its business, the owner has to be sure it is persuasive enough for a human to buy it, if the front will be plain and boring, nobody is going to buy it.
In this specific magazine I read it had some articles about: 2 singers and an interview, little kids from stars getting ready for Halloween, Victoria Beckham's and David's new baby and their problems.
In my perspective, I think that the magazine In, is a successful magazine and it is not that rough on stars which is positive. Finally, if you are aiming to read a good magazine and maybe want to practice your German, then this is the perfect magazine!
