While both articles show and compare how good NBA teams are (individually, and against each other). One of the articles compares how good the teams are against each other, while the other one shows how good each team is talent wise. Both articles contain similar information, showing that the Philadelphia 76ers are the least talented team in the NBA, and the the Miami Heat are the most talented and have the greatest odds of winning the championship.
