The Son of Neptune

Author: Rick Riordan
Genre: Mythology
Pages: 54

There is a reason that Rick Riordan is my favorite author, this book is one of the examples of it. These books are very interesting and existing. He always slips in interesting facts without our knowledge. In my book Hazel, Frank, and Percy are heading out for their quest. They had to attend a meeting to see what their camp could provide them with for their quest. They only gave them a  boat. They only gave them that because they are going to Alaska. They do not know of anybody who has gone their and returned alive. They are going there to close the gates of the underworld. That is because the people die and go to the underworld can now come back to life through that gate, and that can be a very bad thing because the monsters they fight just won't stay dead.

  1. great job abby!! it is short but wonderful written. It is also really good becuase good writers know how to put a lot of detail in a short amount of writing (which you did). Excellent and the book sounds really good!!!!!!
