Setting and Conflict

In m book the setting takes place in the house of Hercule  Poirot.
The main conflict in this story is the murder of Mrs.McGinty. The main character (M.Poirot) is trying to solve the case. There already is a suspect, and he is in jail, his name is James Bentley, and all of the clues lead to him. M.Poirot doesn't believe that the Bentley is the murderer. M.Poirot is trying to solve the case by getting to know the James, and getting to know the murder victims life. James is a young unmarried boy, that lives with his mother. James and his mom live in Mrs.McGinty's building and they didn't pay the rent for two months now. Mrs.McGinty's is an old lady that had  a building that she was renting to not a lot of people. She has a husband that isn't very secretive like Ms.McGinty  was. In their happily going marriage that lasted 40 years they moved five times. The real murderer is trying to frame Bentley, or Mrs.McGinty has a secret life.
