Clockwork Angel

 Clockwork Angel

Cassandra Clare

For the third quarter book report I chose a science fictional book Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare. This book is about a girl named Tessa. She is a teenage girl who traveled to England to find her missing brother. When traveling to England Tessa broth a necklace with her. That necklace has a golden angel on it. Tessa is really attached to that necklace.
When she arrived to England two women approached her. The two strangers introduced them self's as one being Mrs.Dark and one being Mrs. Black. They told Tessa that her brother knows them and that her brother actually send them to take Tessa with them. They even showed Tessa a note witch her brother wrote. In the note it said that Tessa's brother trusted the two women, and that they were actually sisters. It also said that the two women are called the Dark sisters. Tessa agreed to go with them. When they got to an unknown place the Dark sisters looked Tessa in a room. After that Tessa realized that she was actually kidnapped. The Dark sisters were training Tessa, and telling her to do what they tell her or her brother will be killed. The only reason why the Dark sisters kept Tessa was that she had a gift. Her gift was that when touching something that wasn't hers she could become that person that owned the thing that she was touching. Once Tessa was a girl named Emma. Emma died a few mounts ago, and Tessa is the only person who can see trough Emma's eyes and see how she actually died.   The only friends that Tessa had were books. About a mount passed of Tessa being there, and one day the Dark sisters called her to talk. A girl came to take Tessa to see the Dark sisters. She is called Miranda. She works there all day every day. Her job is to take Tessa to the Dark sisters.  When ever Tessa went to talk to the Dark sisters the first thing she would notice was a symbol of two snakes biting each others tails. Tessa always asked the Dark sister what it actually meant, but they would never say. When she got there the Dark sisters were talking, and the second Tessa came in the room they stopped talking. Both of the sisters looked at Tessa for ten seconds. After looking at each other they started talking again. The only things that Tessa could hear were" she is ready" and  " go dress her nicely, she has to look perfect". When Miranda was taking Tessa to her room Tessa asked Miranda why does she have to look nice. Miranda wasn't the kind of person that used to talk to Tessa, but this time she did. Miranda told Tessa that the Dark sisters were talking about marrying Tessa to the Magister. When Tessa herd the news she hid under the table. Miranda was begging Tessa  to get up and change her shirt and jeans, but Tessa didn't want to. After a few seconds of being under the table Tessa ran through the door breading the outside oxygen first time in two months. When she was looking for help a man was in front of her. She called the man. When the man turned around Tessa realized that the man worked for the Dark sisters. Tessa unfortunately had to go back to the Dark sisters. The next day she was told that the Magister will come to meet her. A few hours later that announcement a teenage boy came to her. Tessa was asking him various of questions and she realized that he was not the Magister. The boy introduced him self, his name was William, Tessa called him Will. She didn't wan't to tell him her name because she didn't trust him. He took Tessa out of the room they were lucky  the Dark sisters didn't see Will and Tessa come out of Tessa's room. When Tessa and Will were trying to get out of the house that Tessa was in for two months Will knew that they couldn't get out of the main door because there were guards in front of the house. That meant that Will and Tessa had to escape through the only room with a window, the Dark sisters room.
