The conflict in my book is that the boy is living in the time of the Holocaust. The boy, Leon, can remember the days were he would go swimming or ice-scatting. in chapter one they hint that something bad is going to happen. i havent finished the book but in the prologue it says that a man saves him from it but i wonder how.
