I am reading a great book called"The Invisible Boy".
This book is about this special group of kids/people called" The Edowed". Each of these people are children of the Red King, who is known way back. The Edowed children all have special powers, such as reading minds, talking to animals, hypnotizing people even making crystal rocks so hot that they can be weapons and so many more.
Many years back, a man (The Red King) owned a snake which he loved dearly. The snake was a Boa a very kind, loving Boa. One day the Red King left for a few days on a trip and sadly the son of the Red King took the snake and tortured it till it became fierce and mean. As a result whenever the snake got to close to person it would wrap its self around the person bite it and SWALLOW IT WHOLE!! The sister of the boy was disgusted by the snakes actions and missed how loving he was before so she cast a spell on the snake to try and make it go back to its normal self. Unfortunately it didn't do the trick, but it did have an effect. The snake would still wrap it self around a the person if they got to close but instead of swallowing the person it would just make the person invisible ...FOREVER!!
Now this is just the start. It's interesting isn't it? Well I won't tell you much more, I don't want to ruin it for you but don't get to mad I will give you little parts of the book throughout the next few weeks.
