The Canterbury Tales or Geoffrey Chaucer's Flying Circus - Cosmo 7B

Hello world.
Today i have been chosen to write about an assignment to what i have been reading lately.

Okay so i am participating in this middle school play based on the canterbury tales this year, and its a comedy based on the old manuscripts of geoffrey chaucer in middle english writing, about pilgrims trekking to canterbury, telling each other fascinating stories. the stage play is written by Burton Bumgarner.

I am Chanticleer, the snobby rooster who believes to be first place in everything, with a tale about a fox and how we shouldn't think so great of ourselves with flattery and everything.

So whilst I was memorizing my lines for the production of this play, I stumbled across some words i did not know the meaning off at first, here they are.

Fictitious
fictitious is not genuine, but something especially made for fiction. When someone says they are fictitious, (in the play Gwendy / Arabela) it means they were invented just for that part of a fiction tale.
"But I'm Fictitious" - Harry Bailey

Psychoanalysis
this is a term used for medical issues between the conscious and sub-conscious. Sigmund Freud, a german therapist especially studied this, and it is in a line involving Chanticleer.
"Sigmund Freud, my lovely Pertelote, the father of modern psychoanalysis" - Chanticleer

in total 47 pgs

thank you for taking your time to read this blog post, I hope you have a very nice day
Cosmo :)
