Hi everyone
So this week i have been reading a lot of the hunger games and i will now sum up what i have read. So basically there was this reaping and the lead character Katniss Everdeen's sister was picked at the reaping to go to the hunger games. Instead of letting her do that Katniss volunteered as tribute. She was picked with Peeta Mellark, who she doesn't really enjoy because she owed him a favor which she doesnt like to do. Anyways, in the part im reading now they have just started the hunger games and recently Katniss found out Peeta was hanging out with the pros which made her really upset. I will read more today
Word 1: reaping Define: To harvest something
Slowly the man Reaping his wheat to sell it to the baker.
Word 2: Futile Define: Pointless
Sentance: Its futile to keep going, we will never make it in time

Yay, the Hunger Games is so awesome and so is your blog post :) I really like the way you gave fabulous examples for the words,
