Shots At Sea- By Tom Lalliki

Pages Read: 52-53

In the mystery, Shots At Sea, the conflict that the author begins with is with the man. Nate was curious about who the man was tried to talk to him. But, something in his mind said that he was a murderer. I think the author chose this beginning to create a curiosity about the man and what will happen next in the next chapter. Some big events that happened that had to do with the conflict are the clues. He drops the evidence: his cell-phone. Some other clues are also related to the conflict such as his cellphone, photo, etc. The author usually creates suspense by his words. His words are pretty descriptive and it makes me feel as if I was there. I think this will end like this: He will try to "put the pieces together" to find out who the man is and what he wants to do.
