The London Eye Mystery

Siobhan Dowd
Pages: 322

What is the setting of your novel?
As you can see from the title of my story "The London Eye Mystery" takes place in London, England. The specific places where in London are mostly the London Eye and Kats and her brother Teds house.

If your text took place in a different setting, how would that change the story? Why?

If the story took place somewhere different it would change the whole book. The book is called the London Eye mystery. Just from reading the title, you realize that the story has to do something with a mystery on the London Eye. If you were to change it, you would need a new title and a different tourist attraction.

If you had the chance to travel to that place your text is set, would you?

Actually, my sister has been living in London for a couple of years now. I go to London almost every month to see her and to enjoy everything that London has to offer. I have been several times to England and I wish to go several more.

Include a quote with a page that will provide the evidence of the setting.

A quote that I chose from the book is... "For half an hour you did nothing but stare up and watch the London Eye go round?" on page 83. The quote says where and what the character has been doing in that page of the book.
